Welcome to the official Barnowls website! 

We are a group focusing primarily on indoor aeromodeling, both electric-powered and free-flight with platforms including fixed wing and rotary wing.

Our season runs from September to May with flight sessions/meetings currently scheduled for the first and third Wednesdays of every month, from 6pm to 10 pm., unless otherwise posted on our session schedule page.

Our primary venue is an enclosed and fully lit hangar which includes session-only work tables and chairs as well as multiple a/c outlets for the charging of flight batteries and related support equipment.  We have access to rest-rooms for use during our sessions.  We have shared parking on both the south and north sides of the building but exit/entry is limited to the south (main) doors, thank you.

Our hangar is located in Sand Point Magnuson Park, Building 30, Hangar 30.

We are always looking for new members that are excited about flight and willing to share in the enjoyment.  Visitors are always welcome, but due to liability issues flight is restricted to card carrying AMA members only. (please see our resource page for a link to the AMA)
